- 1
Create your account
Go to the signup page, enter your business name, your name, email, and a password (minimum 8 characters), pick your plan, and click Create Account & Start Free Trial. You'll land on your admin dashboard with a first-run checklist titled Get set up — your first-run checklist. Work through it top to bottom — the rest of this guide follows the same order.
- 2
Add your company name and logo
Open Settings and stay on the General tab. Fill in Company settings — company description, contact info, and timezone — then upload your logo under Organization logo. Your logo appears on invoices, client emails, and your public booking page, so do this before you invite anyone.
- 3
Set your service area ZIP codes
Still in Settings, find Service area ZIP codes and add each 5-digit ZIP you serve. Until you add ZIPs you'll see "No ZIP codes added yet — all bookings are accepted" — meaning anyone anywhere can request service. Adding ZIPs makes your booking page reject addresses you can't reach.
- 4
Connect Stripe for payments
On the Settings → Integrations tab, find the Stripe card and click Set up payments. Once connected, the card shows a green Connected badge and a Manage button that opens the Stripe billing portal. With Stripe connected, clients can pay invoices online and turn on auto-pay.
- 5
Finish the checklist
Back on the dashboard, the remaining checklist items — Add your first tech / employee, Add your first client, Set up your first recurring schedule, and Configure billing settings — each have their own guide in this Help Center. Knock them out in that order and you're operational.
