Create the schedule from the client
Open the client's page from Clients and find the Recurring Schedule section. Set the Frequency — Weekly, Twice a week, Every 2 weeks, Monthly, or One time — plus the day of week and time. You can also add a Price override ($) if this schedule bills differently than the client's default rate.

Assign a tech
Pick a tech on the schedule, or leave it Unassigned and assign jobs later from the schedule or dispatch views. Assigning on the recurring schedule is the low-effort option: every generated job inherits the tech automatically.
- 3
Let jobs auto-generate
Scooper generates jobs from active schedules automatically, keeping roughly the next 4 weeks of visits on the calendar — you never create weekly jobs by hand. From Recurring you can preview upcoming dates per schedule and trigger a top-up; if everything's current you'll see "No new jobs would be created (already fully topped up)."
- 4
Watch capacity
Each tech has a Max jobs per day (set on their profile). As schedules stack up on the same weekday, check Schedule for the day's Total jobs per tech, and use the Capacity view to see who's near their limit before you promise a new client Tuesdays.

Manage schedules from the Recurring page
Recurring lists every schedule with Client, Frequency, Day, Time, Tech, and Status. Filter by Active or Paused, search by client name, and open any schedule to edit it. Pausing or deleting a schedule cancels its upcoming jobs — the client gets notified their recurring service is paused or cancelled.
