Log in and clock in
Your tech logs in with the email and temp password from their welcome email and lands on Today's Route. First move of the day: the Time clock — pick Company car or Personal car under Vehicle, then tap Clock in. Clock-in records their location and starts the hours that feed timesheets.
- 2
Run the route in order
Your route lists the day's jobs in driving order, each with the address, gate code, dog notes, and the client's special instructions. Techs can nudge stops with Move up / Move down if conditions change on the ground.
- 3
Start each job
At the gate, tap Start job. The job flips to in-progress and only one job can be in progress at a time — Scooper will say "Another job is already in progress" if they forgot to close out the last yard.
- 4
Send photos
On the job card, techs can take a photo and tap Send photo — it goes straight to the client and the office. A quick after-shot of the clean yard is the single best trust-builder for clients who are at work while you're in their backyard.
- 5
Complete or skip with a reason
Done? Tap Confirm complete, optionally adding a completion note and miles driven. Can't service the yard? Skip it with a Reason for skipping — Dog out, Gate locked, Client requested skip, Weather, No answer, or Other — or use Report access issue (no access / gate locked, dog aggressive or loose, safety concern), which emails the client that the visit couldn't be completed.

End of day: clock out
When every job is completed or skipped, the portal shows the day's summary — jobs completed, skipped, hours worked, mileage. The tech enters Ending miles if required, adds optional end-of-day notes for the office, and taps Clock out. Their hours land on your Timesheets page for approval.
