Claim your booking URL
In Settings, set your Booking URL slug — lowercase letters, numbers, and hyphens only (e.g. "tidy-yards"). Your public booking page then lives at /book/your-slug. Add your logo and Company description in the same settings so the page looks like your business, not a blank form.

Gate it with your service area
The booking form asks for a ZIP code and checks it against your Service area ZIP codes from Settings. Requests outside your area are turned away politely before they clutter your inbox — so keep the ZIP list current as you expand.

Know what customers see
The form collects Your name, Email, Phone, Address, ZIP code, Number of dogs, Property type (Residential or Commercial), service frequency with a preferred start date, and How did you hear about us? — that last answer feeds your marketing reports automatically.

Share the link everywhere
Put the booking link in your Instagram bio, Facebook page, Google Business Profile, yard signs, and truck decals. Better: create a tracked link for each channel first (see "Track your marketing") so you know which sign or post actually sent the customer.

Approve requests into real clients
New submissions land in Booking Requests (there's a Pending booking requests card on your dashboard too). Each shows contact, address, dogs, frequency, and notes. Pick a First visit date, Day of week, and Assign tech, then click Approve & Schedule — Scooper creates the client, the recurring schedule, and the first job, and emails the customer their confirmed first visit.
